Fifty years following the premiere of Mart Crowley's iconic pre-stonewall comedic drama about a group of gay men living in New York, The Boys in the Band offers an interesting perspective to modern audiences of the many issues which tend to plague a group of people who are seen as “different”, and how much (or rather, as audiences will likely find, how little) those issues have changed over time within the gay community. This wildly entertaining evening full of laughs, queens, booze, shirtless hunks, self-loathing, and lasagna is one which is sure to wow audiences with the exceptional performance of its cast, while providing deeper insights into what it means to be a societal outsider, and how that treatment often manifests itself both internally and externally.

GayC/DC is the world’s first and only all-gay tribute to the music of AC/DC! Watch the new video for the cover now!

It’s a very exciting thing when a new cabaret venue is born, though the main thrust of the new venue looks to be more rock, pop, jazz, blues, r&b but with artists like Reeve Carney, Erika Henningsen, and Mason Alexander Park making appearances there, the Broadway crowds will find their way down to Chelsea… and maybe discover some new artists to love... Chelsea Table + Stage is a beautiful and unique, state-of-the-art restaurant and performance space with a staff that was fantastic and efficient. We were treated like old friends from the moment we came in the door.

Salty Brine's shows may be the closest thing you'll get to an M. Night Shyamalan-level twist in cabaret, though you could never accuse him of prizing shock value over story. Because, above all, Brine's shows in THE LIVING RECORD COLLECTION are conceptually taut, including his latest, WELCOME TO THE JUNGLE. Even when, to the audience, it may seem like he's about to drive over a cliff, he has an escape hatch at the ready.
