The last two of six Russian ballet dancers to famously defect from the U.S.S.R. to the United States in the 1960's and 70's - Valentina Kozlova and Leonid Kozlov, who sought political asylum on September 16, 1979 - will commemorate the 30th anniversary of their celebrated defection with a one-night-only dance concert, 'The Legacy Gala' on Monday, November 23 at 7:30 p.m. at the Joyce Theater (175 Eighth Avenue) in New York City.

Kitty Carlisle Hart, the elegant legend whose seventy-year career encompassed theatre, films, opera, TV game shows and cabaret, has passed away at the age of 96.

The legendary Kitty Carlisle Hart will perform at North Hollywood's El Portal Theatre on August 4th and 5th at 8 PM, and August 6th at 3 PM

Alain Boublil and Claude-Michel Schoenberg's THE PIRATE QUEEN, the spectacular new musical from the authors of Les Miserables and Miss Saigon, will play a pre-Broadway, World Premiere engagement in Chicago from October 3rd through November 26th, 2006.

Maria Friedman, the leading lady of the British musical theatre, makes her Broadway debut in London's smash hit musical, THE WOMAN IN WHITE, opening on Broadway Thursday, November 17th at the Marquis Theatre (211 W 45th St).

Performances of THE PAJAMA GAME will begin Friday, January 27th on Broadway at the American Airlines Theatre with the official opening set for Thursday, March 2nd. The limited engagement is scheduled to run 20 weeks through June 18th, 2006.

Broadway and cabaret star Christine Andreas will perform her solo show, Love is Good, at Birdland on June 6th

Co-hosts for the evening will be Julie Andrews and Beverly Sills.
