L.A. Theatre Works presents the world premiere of a new play based on an extraordinary true story. Produced as a state-of-the-art audio theater recording, “A Good Day at Auschwitz” by noted actor Stephen Tobolowsky (Groundhog Day, Deadwood, Silicon Valley, The Goldbergs) stars Alan Mandell, a veteran of stage and film for over 75 years, as Abe, a man the playwright met at his synagogue.

Berkshire Theatre Group has announced Tony Award-winner Harriet Harris (Thoroughly Modern Millie) has joined the cast as Lady Bracknell in Oscar Wilde's The Importance of Being Earnest. Pulitzer Prize and Tony Award-winner David Auburn will direct BTG's production.

Traveling Broadway shows performing in Las Vegas, plays, and entertainment on the Strip thrived until March 17, 2020. In the early evening hours, there would be a mandated shut down due to the pandemic. All of the stages in Las Vegas went dark. Las Vegas-based gallery owner Tony Carnevale partnered with architecture photographer John Mastrogiacomo to capture the landscape of the Entertainment Capital of the World during this time which would last more than a year. Carnevale and Mastrogiacomo have released the book Las Vegas Shutdown 2020, filled with an artistic photographic gallery of this unprecedented time.

New Beatles Musical SHE LOVES YOU Will Get World Premiere in Denmark in 2022

She Loves You will have its world premiere in March 2022 at the Tivoli Gardens in Copenhagen, starring Danish singer and actress Maria Lucia (The Beauty and the Beast, The Sound of Music on stage and the Danish film dubbing of Disney's Frozen) leading a cast of 24 musical performers. This production with Danish dialogue and English-language songs, will transfer to the Musikhuset in Aarhus before launching a Scandinavian tour of Sweden, Norway and Iceland, with several worldwide productions still in the pipeline.
