Multi-platinum Irish music sensation, Celtic Woman, returns to North America in 2016 with a brand new show, Destiny, celebrating the simultaneous release of their new album and DVD, also titled DESTINY. The tour stops on Tuesday, May 24, 2016 at 7:00 PM at the Morrison Center. Tickets go on sale to the public on Monday, November 16th at 10:00 AM.

Signature Theatre has announced the cast of WEST SIDE STORY, directed by Signature Associate Artistic Director Matthew Gardiner (Signature's Sunday in the Park with George, Cabaret). The musical, a collaboration of music, dance and theater giants Leonard Bernstein, Stephen Sondheim, Jerome Robbins and Arthur Laurents, is considered by some to be one of the greatest musicals of all time. WEST SIDE STORY will run from December 8 - January 24 in Signature Theatre's intimate MAX Theatre.

The Old Globe today announced the cast and creative team for the Old Globe/University of San Diego Graduate Theatre Program presentation of William Shakespeare's AS YOU LIKE IT, running November 14 - November 22 in the Sheryl and Harvey White Theatre, part of the Globe's Conrad Prebys Theatre Center. Opening night is Saturday, November 14 at 8:00 p.m.

Sound Theatre Company completes an exciting year with the return of their smash holiday comedy Holiday of Errors to delight Seattle audiences this December. First presented as a world premiere in 2013 to critical and audience acclaim, Sound Theatre Company's remount features most of the original cast to fill the stunning new 12th Avenue Arts Mainstage on Capitol Hill with word-play and Shakespeare.

Tickets for most cities go on sale November 16, 2015.

'[Thank you] to an incredible cast of British and American actors who make the Atlantic look like a little creek you can just kind of pop across,' said Dame Helen Mirren upon receiving her 2015 Tony Award. The new season includes six world premieres, five UK and worldwide collaborations, one European premiere, a major collaboration with LIFT, a partnership with Picturehouse Cinemas, the return of Open Court and ongoing work in Tottenham and Pimlico.

?The New Jersey Association of Verismo Opera will bring the Scottish highlands to the Bergen Performing Arts Center (bergenPAC) again in Lucia di Lammermoor.

BroadwayWorld has just learned that Arthur Miller's THE CRUCIBLE will return to Broadway at the Walter Kerr Theatre (219 West 48th Street) this spring. Bill Camp (as Reverend John Hale), Jim Norton (as Giles Corey), Tavi Gevinson (as Mary Warren), and Jason Butler Harner (as Reverend Samuel Parris) are among those who will join previously announced stars Ben Whishaw (as John Proctor), Sophie Okonedo (as Elizabeth Proctor), Saoirse Ronan (as Abigail Williams), and Ciaran Hinds (as Deputy-Governor Danforth).

The Bach Choir of Bethlehem has announced its 2015/16 season, Bach At The Heart, which will culminate in the 109th Bethlehem Bach Festival in May 2016. In a milestone programming endeavor, The Bach Choir of Bethlehem will mount performances of four major choral works this season: in addition to the traditional performance of the B Minor Mass at the Bach Festival 2016, the Christmas Oratorio (Cantatas 1-3) will be performed in the Bach Choir's traditional Christmas concerts on December 12th & 13th,2015; the St. John Passion in its spring concert on March 20th,, and the Easter Oratorio at the Bach Festival on Friday evenings. The Bach Choir, Bach Festival Orchestra, and distinguished soloists perform under the direction of artistic director and conductor Greg Funfgeld, now in his 33rd season.

Charged with momentum from the launch of BCMF Spring, the festival's first spring series of two concerts, the 32nd season of Long Island's longest-running classical music festival presents 11 concerts July 29 - August 23, 2015.

Nat Sweeney, 12 years old from Birmingham, will make his West End stage debut this evening (3 July 2015) when he becomes the forty-first boy to play the title role in the iconic British musical Billy Elliot the Musical at the Victoria Palace Theatre. Now in its eleventh year in the West End, the show recently extended booking at the Victoria Palace Theatre until 17 December 2016. In addition, the first UK and Ireland tour of Billy Elliot the Musical begins in February 2016 with tickets now on sale for performances at the Theatre Royal Plymouth.

My Fair Lady (running tonight, June 15, through June 21) is the opening production of The Muny's 97th summer season. 

Everyone knows Cinderella. As one of the Brothers Grimm's most retold tales, this story made its way through the years from the pages of books to the stage and screen. So, it may come as a surprise that, in 2013, after dozens of successful movies (several of them musicals) and a handful of star-studded touring productions of the same title, CINDERELLA finally opened its first Broadway production. Bringing the enchantment of this extraordinary rags-to-riches story of a young girl becoming a princess to life, CINDERELLA is a magical feast for kids of all ages.

The Muny announced today the complete cast for its production of Alan Jay Lerner (book & lyrics) and Frederick Loewe's (music) classic My Fair Lady. The production will be directed by Marc Bruni, choreographed by Chris Bailey and music directed by Ben Whiteley.
