The recording will be released on Friday, October 9 by the MCG Jazz record label (Marty Ashby, producer).

Michael McDonald will bring his This Christmas, An Evening of Holiday & Hits Tour to the Fabulous Fox Theatre Saturday, November 28 at 8:00 p.m. The night will include some of his hits as well as holiday favorites that will surely put you in the spirit.

Grammy and Emmy Award-winner Joe Raposo and Tony Award and Pulitzer Prize winner Sheldon Harnick's uplifting musical A Wonderful Life reminds us how one person's life can touch that of so many others. Based on the beloved 1946 holiday movie classic, this charming musical is sure to inspire and entertain. A Wonderful Life will run September 18 through November 29 at the Goodspeed Opera House in East Haddam, Conn.

Pratidhwani - a Seattle area based organization of South Asian performing artists - will present Dance Like a Man – a play in English by Mahesh Dattani, produced in collaboration with ACTLab, in the Bullitt Cabaret at ACT Theatre in downtown Seattle. The production will run July 24th through August 9th with performances at 7:30PM on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays and 2:00PM matinees on Sundays.

BootStrap Theater Foundation is pleased to announce the creative team and dates for the world premiere of "Arctic Requiem: The Story of Luke Cole and Kivalina" created by  Sharmon J. Hilfinger and Joan McMillen, directed by Tracy Ward. This multifaceted  theatrical production will run October 23 - November 15 at San Francisco's Z Below Theater 450 Florida Street with an Opening Night on Sunday, October 25, 5 p.m.

The Daily Mail reports that Victoria Hamilton is the latest actress to join the Netflix series THE CROWN, based on Peter Morgan's THE AUDIENCE. She will play Queen Elizabeth -- the Queen Mother -- in the TV adaptation, helmed by Stephen Daldry. Queen Elizabeth died in 2002 at the age of 101.

On June 12 at 8PM, the New Philharmonia Orchestra will conclude its 20th Anniversary Season with a gala performance featuring the world-renowned jazz guitarist and singer John Pizzarelli in a program showcasing his signature style that sets the standard for stylish modern jazz.

Comedian Brian Regan's 10-year, non-stop theater tour heads to Boise's Morrison Center. The spring 2015 leg of his tour will visit a total of 39 cities bringing Regan and his fans to some of the most beautiful theaters in North America. Since 2005, Regan's tour has visited close to 100 cities each year.
