Southwark Playhouse Young Company will take over The Little at Southwark Playhouse for 4 days this April to showcase two performances. The 14-18 group will perform Remote by Stef Smith whilst the 19-25 group will present There is a War by Tom Basden. Both plays are performed by a cast of over twenty-five members of the Young Company - Southwark Playhouse's dynamic in-house theatre company for young people aged 14 - 25 that offers local young people and emerging artists the opportunity to perform at one of London's leading Off West End venues.

The National Museum of American Jewish History (NMAJH) announced today a major $1 million gift from the family of renowned shoe designer and entrepreneur Stuart Weitzman. In addition to the 20 - concert program subscription s eason, the CSO will present a one - night - only, all - orchestral gala performance on September 22 with Mr. Langree on the conducting podium that kicks off the fall arts season in Cincinnati. This gala concert is an all - French program that includes audience favorites by Ravel, Debussy, and Dukas. The Trustees of The Laurents / Hatcher Foundation, Inc. are pleased to announce that SUGAR IN OUR WOUNDS by Donja R. Love is the recipient of the Laurents / Hatcher Foundation Award.
