DEAD ACCOUNTS has just announced that two-time Tony Award winner Norbert Leo Butz and Katie Holmes will be joined by Judy Greer, Josh Hamilton, and Tony Award nominee Jayne Houdyshell on Broadway this fall.

Lemon, a new documentary about the acclaimed New York poet/playwright Lemon Andersen, will have its broadcast premiere on PBS as part of Latino Public Broadcasting's arts and culture series VOCES on Friday, October 19, 2012 from 10:00-11:00 p.m. ET (check local listings), in conjunction with Hispanic Heritage Month. Produced and directed by Laura Brownson and Beth Levison, Lemon is a Russell Simmons presentation in association with Impact Partners.

Lincoln Center Theater has announced that Genevieve Angelson, Shalita Grant, Billy Magnussen, Kristine Nielsen, David Hyde Pierce and Sigourney Weaver will be featured in the New York premiere of VANYA AND SONIA AND MASHA AND SPIKE, a new play by Christopher Durang, to be directed by Nicholas Martin, beginning performances Thursday, October 25 and opening Monday, November 12 at the Mitzi E. Newhouse Theater.

In a recent interview with Showbiz411, stage and screen star Sigourney Weaver revealed that she might be heading back to the stage in another Christopher Durang play at Lincoln Center. Weaver, who previously worked with Durang in 1996's SEX AND LONGING, would join the cast of VANYA AND SONIA AND MASHA AND SPIKE, opening November 12 at the Mitzi E. Newhouse Theater. An official casting announcement has not yet been made.

Deadline.com reports that Bobby Cannavale has joined the cast of Woody Allen's upcoming comedy. The actor joins previously announced cast members Cate Blanchett, Bradley Cooper and Alec Baldwin.

On last night's episode of ABC's hit comedy series MODERN FAMILY entitled 'Send Out the Clowns, Tony Award-Winner Ellen Barkin ('The Big Easy,' 'Ocean's Thirteen') and Bobby Cannavale ('Will & Grace,' 'Third Watch') made guest star appearances. The episode took place at the funeral service for a beloved clown mentor which reunited Cameron with his estranged ex-clown partner, Lewis (Bobby Cannavale). Also in the episode, Phil was serious about landing a very important listing, only to get trumped by a notorious bulldozer of an agent, Verna Roth (Ellen Barkin); and Manny had a cool new friend, which made both Jay and Gloria suspicious. Rabe and Manocherian are recipients of the sixth annual Michael Mendelson Award for Outstanding Commitment to Theater.
