Written by D.W. Jacobs with direction by David de Vries, the play is based on the life, work, and writings of R. Buckminster Fuller.

Bram Stoker's Dracula has been a mainstay at Actors Theatre of Louisville (ATL) since 1995, and has become identified with actor/director William McNulty, who eight years ago was invited to forge his own adaptation of the horror classic. The result only intensified audience demand and acceptance, and the play now stands as the second holiday perennial (with A Christmas Carol) for Louisville's highly acclaimed regional theatre. The Franklin Performing Arts Company (FPAC) kicks off a milestone 25th anniversary season with Neil Simon's Pulitzer Prize-winning play, Lost in Yonkers, on Friday, September 25 and Saturday, September 26 at 7:30 p.m., with a Sunday matinee at 2 p.m. on Sunday, September 27. Kicking off its 21st season, Roxey Ballet stages its dance adaptation of Bram Stoker's 'Dracula' on October 23-25 and October 30-November 1, 2015. Roxey Ballet's 'Dracula' interprets Stoker's famed horror story through a complete sensory experience of movement, music and spoken word with pyrotechnic, sound and lighting effects. Showcasing 14 professional dancers, the performances take place in the intimate, 72-seat Canal Studio Theater in Lambertville.

The original 1968 production of Dames at Sea launched the career of the young ingenue playing Ruby, Bernadette Peters.
