Today it was announced that GUYS AND DOLLS will open on Broadway for the first time in 17 years in the spring of 2009 at a Nederlander Theatre to be announced. With music and lyrics by Frank Loesser and book by Jo Swerling and Abe Burrows, this production is the first joint Broadway project by director Des McAnuff and Sergio Trujillo since Jersey Boys.

The Public Theater is pleased to announce the provocative line up for 'Under the Radar' 2008, a twelve-day festival tracking new theater from across the U.S. and around the world. $15 single tickets to UTR shows at The Public will go on-sale on Friday, December 7.

Warner Home Video announces that five classic MGM musicals have been re-mastered for an April 25 release, marking their debut to DVD. The box set 'Classic Musicals From The Dream Factory' will contain 'It's Always Fair Weather,' 'Summer Stock,' 'Three Little Words,' 'Till The Clouds Roll By,' and 'Ziegfeld Follies.' In addition, the titles will also be sold individually.
