The man who spoke that iconic line on film is equally as legendary as the words themselves. Not only did Barry Bostwick play Brad Majors in the ROCKY HORROR film, but he also originated the role of Danny Zuko in GREASE on Broadway, won a Tony for THE ROBBER BRIDEGROOM, and was nominated two other times. Since his beginnings on stage, he has become a nearly omnipresent face on screens both large and small for over four decades. Recently, I spoke with Bostwick while he was shooting in Vancouver about ALLELUIA!, his wildly eclectic career, and what it would take to get him back on a Broadway stage.

Today, June 19th, Ralph Peer, II, Chairman and CEO of peermusic, will become the first publisher to receive awards from the two largest music publishers groups in the US: the National Music Publishers' Association (NMPA) and the Music Publishers Association (MPA). He will be the first person to have received Lifetime Achievement Awards from both of these associations, which coincidentally will be given within days of each other in New York.

The 2014-15 Masterworks season comes to a stunning climax with two monumental works for orchestra-a mighty piano concerto by Brahms and a compelling symphony in which Tchaikovsky faces the dark forces of providence and invites us to celebrate joyous victory with him. Led by guest conductor Thomas Wilkins and featuring guest pianist Anna Vinnitskaya, the program includes Brahms' Piano Concerto No. 1 and Tchaikovsky's Symphony No. 5.

A young woman's spirit soars with newfound awareness in Tennessee Williams' quiet drama Summer and Smoke, where the freedom of youth collides with the expectations of society. Directed by Terry Schreiber, Summer and Smoke will be performed at the T. Schreiber Theatre, located at 151 West 26th Street, on the 7th Floor from tonight, May 6 - June 6. Today we are talking to a spectacularly accomplished Broadway leading man with a considerable TV and film resume who plays a prominent role in the new Encores! production of John Kander & Fred Ebb's Tony Award-winning musical ZORBA coming up next month, the thoughtful Santino Fontana. Explaining his part in the production as well as the unique demands of a special limited run concert presentation such as ZORBA! is, Fontana also opens up about the rehearsal process for the show and the developing rapport and camaraderie between himself and the starry assortment of fellow cast members involved in the production - including John Turturro, Zoe Wanamaker, Marin Mazzie and more, all directed by Walter Bobbie.
