Block, Karen Akers, Emily Skinner, Julia Murney, Lari White, John Easterlin, Noah Racey, Camille Saviola, Mark Nadler, Jillian Louis, Danny Gardner and the Broadway by the Year Chorus all took part in Town Hall's 14th season opener of its Broadway by the Year Series on Monday night, February 24 at 8pm, THE BROADWAY MUSICALS OF 1915-1939. Tradition is the theme as the 2012 Music Circus season continues with the all-time classic musical Fiddler on the Roof, at Wells Fargo Pavilion from August 14 - 19. Like the iconic rooftop musician, playful yet reverent Tevye teeters between his respect for tradition and his love for his daughters, each anxious to follow her heart after a suitor her father finds unsuitable. One of the most beloved musicals ever, Fiddler on the Roof is a heart-warming and at times humorous look at a family living though tumultuous times. Playing Golde in this Music Circus audience favorite will be stage and screen star Adrienne Barbeau, who made her Broadway debut as Hodel in Fiddler on the Roof. Playing Tevye will be Bob Amaral, who has performed on Broadway in Guys & Dolls and The Lion King and in the 2011 Music Circus production of The Producers. Check out photos of the couple below!

Two-time Tony Award nominee and Emmy Award winner Bobby Cannavale will star as Nick Arnstein opposite Lauren Ambrose, who will star as Fanny Brice, in the first Broadway revival of Funny Girl since the 1964 original production. Funny Girl, which features music by Jule Styne, lyrics by Bob Merrill and book by Isobel Lennart, will be directed by Tony Award-winner Bartlett Sher. Funny Girl will play at Center Theatre Group/Ahmanson Theatre in Los Angeles from January 15 through February 26, 2012.
