The New York Post writes that convicted forger and producer Garth Drabinsky is planning his next stage project. Rumor is Drabinsky, producing via entertainment company StageVentures, has booked Toronto's Elgin Theatre for a new musical based on the 1988 film MADAME SOUSATZKA, which he produced, starring Shirley MacLaine.

A smash hit on Broadway, in the West End and most recently in a critically-acclaimed 2014 UK Tour, award-winning comedy musical Avenue Q will return in 2015 and 2016, bringing a host of fuzzy friends to theatres across the country from Wednesday 22 April 2015, when a new tour launches from the Mercury Theatre, Colchester. American Molly Marie Walsh is to play the title role of Millie Dillmount alongside Russell Grant as the mysterious and sinister Mrs Meers in the Off West End premiere of the six-time Tony Award-winning tap dancing musical, Thoroughly Modern Millie.

Nothing like an idyllic family portrait (at left): father Martin (Paul Witten), mother Stevie (Ann Noble), son Billy (Spencer Morrissey) and close family friend Ross (Matt Kirkwood). He has a problem and who should he turn to but his best friend Ross. When Martin confides that he is having an 'affair' of sorts, Ross is shocked not only by the fact that Martin has always been completely faithful to Stevie, but by the new object of his affection. Martin is in love with a goat named Sylvia.
