What was made clear by this 70-minute set, though, is that Morrison is irresistible in his element of Broadway and jazz standards, but veers dangerously close to wedding-singer shtick when delving into Hot 100 tunes.

Complete casting has been announced for the new musical NATASHA, PIERRE & THE GREAT COMET OF 1812, featuring the Broadway debuts of 24 cast and creative team members, including Josh Groban* as 'Pierre' and Denee Benton* as 'Natasha.'

Footloose opened on Broadway in 1998 and ran for more than 700 performances. The score features such pop-rock hits as 'Footloose' and 'Let's Hear It for the Boy.' It was nominated for four Tony Awards. Director/Choreographer Shaun Moe leads an award-winning cast and crew for MCP's production of this explosive musical.
