Tony nominated actor Andrew Rannells stopped by this morning's TODAY to talk about his upcoming starring role in the highly-anticipated Broadway revival of FALSETTOS.

Palm Beach Dramaworks has announced that multi Tony Award-winners Tony Walton, Fran Weissler, and Sheldon Harnick will appear live, onstage as part of its popular series, Dramalogue - Talking Theatre! This series of six programs, which explores all aspects of theatre in conversations with or about the industry's top professionals and master artists, will also feature presentations on Truman Capote and Tom Stoppard, and a roundtable discussion with three theatre critics.

Actor and Broadway star Andrew Rannells dished on his HBO cast mates, but says the chatter on set is not as hip and sexy as you might think.

William Finn is a composer and lyricist of musicals such as In Trousers, Falsettos, Elegies: A Song Cycle, and The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee (which Theatre Horizon produced in 2010). He is also the composer, lyricist, and co-writer (with his longtime collaborator James Lapine) of Theatre Horizon's upcoming production, A New Brain.

The revival of FALSETTOS began rehearsals yesterday afternoon. President of Jujamcyn Theaters, Jordan Roth, captured a candid moment depicting the smiling faces of some of the revival's most notable names, including Andrew Rannells, Christian Borle, Stephanie J. Block and Tracie Thoms, smiling and ready to tell a million stories.

Over the past 9 seasons, The Ringwald Theatre has gained a reputation for producing irreverant, shocking, bloody, funny, searing works.  As they prepare to embark on Season 10, the theme will be Essential Ringwald, producing new shows that extend and magnify the type of shows Detroit has come to expect from the tiny theatre in the heart of Ferndale.

59E59 Theaters will welcome Dillie Keane (from Fascinating Aida) back to Brits Off Broadway with the US premiere of HELLO DILLIE, written by Ms. Keane and Adele Anderson, and directed by Simon Green and featuring Michael Roulston on piano. Produced by Pleasance Theatre Trust Ltd, HELLO DILLIE begins performances on Tuesday June 7 for a limited engagement through Sunday, July 3.  Press opening is Tuesday, June 14 at 7:30 PM.  The performance schedule is Tuesday - Thursday at 7:30 PM; Friday at 8:30 PM; Saturday at 2:30 PM & 8:30 PM; and Sunday at 3:30 PM. This fall, Lincoln Center Theater will join forces with Jujamcyn Theaters to bring William Finn and James Lapine's Tony Award-winning musical Falsettos back to Broadway, it was announced today. Falsettos will begin previews Thursday, September 29 and open on Thursday, October 27 at the Walter Kerr Theatre (219 West 48 Street). Lapine will return to helm the production.
