Miller and music direction by Porchlight Artistic Associate Linda Madonia at Porchlght's new home, the Ruth Page Center for the Arts, 1016 N. Dearborn Street. Previews are Friday, Oct. 6 and Oct. 13 at 8 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 7 and Oct. 14 at 8 p.m., Sunday, Oct. 8 at 2 p.m., Monday, Oct. 9 at 7:30 p.m., Thursday, Oct. 12 at 7:30 p.m. Opening night is Sunday, Oct. 15 at 6 p.m. The regular run performance schedule is Thursdays at 7:30 p.m., Fridays at 8 p.m., Saturdays at 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. and Sundays at 6 p.m. (October 22, October 29 and November 5) and at 2 p.m. (November 12 and 19) with an open captioned performance, Saturday, Oct. 28 at 4 p.m. and a weekday matinee Thursday, Nov. 16 at 1:30 p.m. Please note: there is no 7:30 p.m. performance Thursday, Nov. 16. NYU Skirball's 2017-18 dance season kicks off on September 15 with a FREE immersive dance party by the unconventional dance company AUNTS, and continues with the American premiere of Congolese choreographer Faustin Linyekula's In Search of Dinozord, a heart-wrenching look at the consequences of war, on September 22 and 23. Ben Strothmann performed his first solo play, Coming Clean, on Wednesday, June 27th at the Kraine Theater as part of the Queerly Festival. The show was directed by Mark Finley.  As 2020 thwarted his plans to mount a New York production of the show, he is instead offering a recording of his 2018 Kraine Theater performance as an online virtual theatrical event until March 20th.

The Wattis Institute launches its 20th anniversary year with the exhibition Adam Linder: Full Service, a survey exhibition of five choreographic works by Adam Linder (b. 1983, Sydney, Australia; lives and works in Los Angeles). Go Comedy is excited to host the 11th annual Snow Day improv marathon. Snow Day brings together improvisors from across the area to raise money for Gilda's Club of Metro Detroit, The Tim Hayden Scholarship Fund and The Diana George Jacokes Endowment Fund. The 26 hour event will feature performances by nearly 50 improv groups including a special 2-hour family friendly block from Noon-2pm on Sunday, January 14. Performances will kick off at 8:00pm on Saturday, January 13 and continue through 10:00pm Sunday, January 14. Tickets range from $10 to $20 for several performance blocks with a full 26 hour performance pass available for $100. Cincinnati's OTRimprov proudly presents the Third Annual Improv Festival of Cincinnati (IF Cincy). This year's Festival features improvisors from Chicago, Los Angeles, Atlanta, Detroit, Ann Arbor, Portland (OR), Minneapolis, Louisville, and Cincinnati. The festival runs September 6-11, 2016 at Know Theatre of Cincinnati in Over-the-Rhine.
