Roundabout Theatre Company announced the full cast this July for the new Broadway production of Rupert Holmes' Tony Award-winning musical comedy The Mystery of Edwin Drood. Legendary singer/guitarist Glen Campbell, a true American musical icon, will give his final Los Angeles concert at the Hollywood Bowl tonight, June 24 as part of his Goodbye Tour - a celebration of his extraordinary five-decade-plus career and release of his acclaimed final studio album Ghost on the Canvas. Shortly after being diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease last June, Campbell decided to forge ahead with both the tour and the album, in the spirit of sharing both his music and the truth about his condition.

They're back! Ray Benson and band Asleep at the Wheel (and a crowd topped by cowboy hats) return to the Spencer Theater for command performances of 'A Ride With Bob' Thursday through Saturday, August 25-27. Show times are at 8 p.m., with a special matinee set for 2 p.m. Saturday.

Yesterday evening, Clement took the stage of the Nederlander Theatre to join the cast of MILLION DOLLAR QUARTET in the special encore. Cowboy Jack Clement is a legendary songwriter and record producer. On the date of the 1956 Million Dollar Quartet sessions at Sun Records, Jack was the engineer. Without Cowboy Jack, Presley, Cash, Lewis & Perkin's impromptu recording session would never have been documented on tape. Cowboy Jack has worked with such legends as Johnny Cash, Dolly Parton, Ray Charles, Carl Perkins, Bobby Bare, Elvis Presley, Jim Reeves, Jerry Lee Lewis, Cliff Richard, Charley Pride, Tom Jones, Dickey Lee, Hank Snow, and Waylon Jennings.

'The Medicine Man' scoots onto the melodrama stage beginning March 10. This hysterically funny farce marks the directing debut of Kitty Balay, well-known for her performances on the PCPA stage and for her teachings of early child music classes up and down the Central Coast with Strawberry Music Together.

The New York Philharmonic will present Stephen Sondheim's groundbreaking Company, with an all-star cast led by Neil Patrick Harris, star of the hit television series, How I Met Your Mother, on April 7-9, 2011. The award-winning musical will be produced and directed by Lonny Price, who directed and co-produced last season's SONDHEIM: The Birthday Concert!, and will be conducted by Sondheim specialist Paul Gemignani, with the original orchestrations for a 35-piece orchestra by Jonathan Tunick. More details will be announced at a later date.
