The Reading Theater Project presents their First Annual JazzFest After Hours Cabaret. The performance will take place at the Olympian Ballroom, 603 Penn Avenue, in West Reading today, April 9th at 9:00pm.

Feinstein's/54 Below, comedian Jamie Pierce hosts Theatrical Hysterics, an evening of stand-up comedy at Feinstein's/54 Below tonight, March 9th, at 9:45pm, featuring very special guests Jim David, Rick Crom and Kevin Meaney.

Cross will return to the road in 2016 with a stand-up tour playing theaters across the country. Named one of the Top 100 Stand-Up Comedians of All Time by Comedy Central, Cross will launch his "Making America Great Again!" tour in January 2016 and play theaters nationwide through April 2016. He last toured in 2009 with a solo stand-up show in support of his New York Times Bestseller, I Drink for a Reason. That hugely successful comedy show was filmed at Boston's Wilbur Theater for a special, entitled "Bigger and Blackerer," which premiered on EPIX in April 2010 before being released on CD and DVD by Sub Pop. His previous comedy special, 'David Cross: The Pride is Back,' aired on HBO in 1999, and was named one of the 25 best stand-up comedy specials and concert films of all time by ROLLING STONE in July 2015.

Full casting has been announced for the Lyric Hammersmith and Filter Theatre Production of A MIDSUMMER NIGHT'S DREAM, co-directed by Sean Holmes and Stef O'Driscoll. The Lyric Hammersmith today announces its Spring 2016 Season. They will present the first professional production of Simon Stephen's HERONS since the play premiered at the Royal Court in 2001, directed by the Lyric's Artistic Director Sean Holmes. This is followed by the return of their co- production with Filter Theatre of A MIDSUMMER NIGHT'S DREAM last staged in 2012. Whilst the Royal Opera will present, two contemporary operas, PLEASURE by Mark Simpson featuring well-known British soprano Lesley Garrett and the world premiere of Sarah Kane's 4:48 PSYCHOSIS by Philip Venables, both presented in association with the Lyric.
