The Madison Square Garden Company (MSG) announced today that three-time Emmy Award-winner Mia Michaels will serve as director and choreographer of the New York Spectacular Starring The Radio City Rockettes, presented by Chase. Michaels will be joined by Drama Desk Award-winner Douglas Carter Beane as the show's writer, Alain Lortie as lighting designer, and multi-media and entertainment studio, Moment Factory, as video designer. Returning from 2015's successful inaugural production of the then called New York Spring Spectacular are set designer Patrick Fahey and costume designer Emilio Sosa, and from the Radio City Christmas Spectacular, sound designer Steve Canyon Kennedy.

Washington State native Trisha Brown is considered the most widely acclaimed choreographer of the postmodern era. For over 50 years, she pushed the limits of choreographic movement, changing modern dance forever. At 79, Trisha Brown has choreographed her last dances. In celebration of her life's work, Trisha Brown Dance Company returns to the choreographer's home state to perform the final performances of her works for the proscenium stage as part of a retrospective presented by University of Washington's World Series at Meany Hall.

Asolo Repertory Theatre proudly kicks off its winter repertory season with the 2014 Tony Award winner for Best Play, Pulitzer Prize-winner Robert Schenkkan's political drama ALL THE WAY. Asolo Rep's production will be directed by Emily Sophia Knapp, who served as the associate director of the Broadway, American Repertory Theatre, Seattle Rep and world premiere Oregon Shakespeare Festival productions. Hailed by NPR as a 'sensational night of theatre,' previews for ALL THE WAY are January 6 and 7 at 8pm, opening night is January 8 at 8pm, and the production runs in rotating rep through Saturday, April 9.
