So close to his own life, Long Day's Journey Into Night is a story O'Neill did not want shared until 25 years after his death.

The York Shakespeare Company will present Eugene O'Neill's LONG DAY'S JOURNEY INTO NIGHT, directed by Seth Duerr. LONG DAY'S JOURNEY INTO NIGHT will play a three-week limited engagement at the Lion Theater (410 West 42nd Street address). Performances begin Friday, May 28 and continue thru Saturday, June 12. Opening Night is Saturday, May 29 (8 p.m.).

Conni Ross and Debra Mobley direct this modern masterpiece with choreography by Lori Pryor and Timoth David Copney and music direction by Keith Tittermary. Outhwaite & Umbers et al. Lead SWEET CHARITY in the West End; Opens May 5

Tamzin Outhwaite is joined by Mark Umbers in the West End transfer of the Tony Award-winning musical, Sweet Charity. Matthew White's production of Sweet Charity, which completed its sell-out run at the Menier Chocolate Factory last month, will open at the Theatre Royal Haymarket on 23 April 2010 with press night on 4 May and is currently booking until 8 January 2011.
