Buffalo, NY - The Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra brings all of the sounds of the season to Western New Yorkers. The holiday festivities kick off on Thanksgiving weekend, when the BPO joins Neglia Ballet Artists at Shea's Buffalo for the classic ballet, 'The Nutcracker.' Erin Freeman will lead the orchestra. Gulfshore Playhouse continues their 10th Anniversary season with new award-winning drama Something Intangible by Bruce Graham, playing tonight, November 1st through 24th with a pay-what-you-can preview performance on October 29th and a $25 preview performance on October 30th.

I attended dress rehearsal (without pen and paper) and I came back for Opening Night. That should tell you one thing: I was willing to come back after seeing the dress rehearsal; I was even excited to come back. It was a delightful show, very entertaining, fun with just enough shocks to get you in the mood and remind you it was October.
