The New York Musical Theatre Festival (NYMF) recently announced its full lineup of productions, readings, and concerts for NYMF 2015. From today, July 7, to July 27, NYMF 2015 will present almost two dozen productions of new musicals, including the newly announced Passing By and Summer Valley Fair. In addition, NYMF 2015 will also feature staged readings and the debut of brand new concerts.

Mile Square Theatre (MST), Hudson County's premiere professional theatre company, will produce William Shakespeare's beloved comedy A Midsummer Night's Dream.

Starting fittingly on July Fourth weekend, Museum of the Moving Image will present The Essential John Ford, a tribute to the consummate American filmmaker. Ford made his reputation on westerns, but worked in many genres, creating films of depth, beauty, and ambiguity. From today, July 3 through August 2, the Museum will present 20 movies directed by Ford-all on film, with some restored archival prints-including his masterpieces Young Mr. Lincoln, My Darling Clementine, The Searchers, and The Man Who Shot Liberty Valance.

Orlando Shakespeare Theater in Partnership with UCF will hold its 7th Annual Mock Trial on Tuesday, February 24, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. at the John and Rita Lowndes Shakespeare Center. Based on Shakespeare's laugh out loud comedy, The Merry Wives of Windsor, the Margeson Theater will transform into an interactive courtroom as Mistresses Ford and Page are put on the stand, charged with the false imprisonment of the opportunistic old bachelor, John Falstaff. Broadway fans had plenty of reasons to celebrate this year, with dozens of shows having opened since January, hundreds of actors having made their debuts, and many more having returned to the stage for critically acclaimed performances. The Public Theater announced the exciting international line-up today for the 11th annual UNDER THE RADAR FESTIVAL, running January 7-18, 2015. This popular and highly-anticipated program of The Public Theater's winter season will include artists from across the U.S. and around the world, including Argentina, Iran, Switzerland, Spain, Brazil, and the United Kingdom. Curated by Co-Directors Mark Russell and Meiyin Wang, this year's UNDER THE RADAR will also mark the launch of the new Devised Theater Working Group which will present eight works-in-process as part of the festival's INCOMING!
