Unbound Productions Artistic Director Paul Millet, Producing Artistic Director Jeff G. Rack, and Executive Director Jonathan Josephson have announced that their summer production of Two Pictures In One will receive an enhanced staged reading at the Sexson Auditorium at Pasadena City College on November 16 and 17 at 6:00 p.m. The play was originally included as a part of the company's critically acclaimed production of History Lit: A Festival of Timeless Stories this past July at the Pasadena Museum of History.

The show is a partnership between the Library Foundation, the Los Angeles Public Library, and Folger Shakespeare Library in Washington, DC and will not only offer a look at his incredible legacy worldwide but show how Shakespeare's impact was felt here in California.

Dallas Black Dance Theatre (DBDT) makes history in its Director's Choice Series during its 40th Anniversary season, reinventing the concert dance experience utilizing headphones. The world premiere of The B-Side will allow audience members to select from three original musical scores as they view the dance. It's part of the Director's Choice Series, November 4-6, 2016, in the Dee and Charles Wyly Theatre at the AT&T Performing Arts Center.

Over her storied career, Twyla Tharp has created over 160 dances across genres, choreographed for film (from Miloš Forman to James Brooks) and Broadway (with music ranging from Billy Joel to Bob Dylan). She's received a Tony Award, 19 honorary doctorates, a MacArthur Fellowship, among other honors (see below).
