Pop legend Madonna attended last night's performance of the new Broadway musical HOLLER IF YA HEAR ME, now in previews at New York's Palace Theater

The producers of MOTOWN THE MUSICAL have announced that Josh Tower (The Lion King, original cast of Ragtime) will assume the role of "Berry Gordy" beginning Today, June 17 at the Lunt-Fontanne Theatre.

Michael Cerveris, Isaiah Johnson, Randy Newman, Laura Osnes, Vonda Shepard, Brooklyn Shuck, Tony Vincent and Broadway Inspirational Voices have been cast in Randy Newman's Faust: The Concert, which will be performed on July 1 as the second Encores! Off-Center presentation of the 2014 season. Faust will be directed by Thomas Kail and choreographed by Marcos Santana. Jeanine Tesori is the Encores! Off-Center artistic director; Chris Fenwick is its music director.

Today, 106.7 LITE FM announced the return of its much-anticipated, annual lunchtime theatre summer series, '106.7 LITE FM's Broadway in Bryant Park.' The 2014 program will present the best of Broadway, FREE to the public, on six consecutive Thursdays beginning July 10 at 12:30 p.m. on the Bryant Park Stage. Hosted by LITE FM's on-air personalities, the 14th annual presentation of open-air, On- and Off- Broadway lunch hour performances will run through August 14. STARS IN THE ALLEY, presented by United Airlines, was presented yesterday, May 21st in Shubert Alley, between Broadway and 8th Avenue and 44th and 45th Streets.
