In this innovative and imaginative new play, based on The New York Times best selling Disney-Hyperion novel by Dave Barry and Ridley Pearson, a company of twelve actors plays more than a hundred unforgettable characters, all on a journey to answer the century-old question: How did Peter Pan become The Boy Who Never Grew Up? This epic origin story of one of popular culture�s most enduring and beloved characters proves that an audience�s imagination can be the most captivating place in the world.

The Broadway premiere of Peter and the Starcatcher opened to rave reviews at the Brooks Atkinson Theatre (256 West 47 Street) on April 15, 2012. The production has garnered nine Tony Award� nominations, including Best New Play, Best Original Score, Best Director of a Play and many more.

Peter and the Starcatcher, will embark on a national tour, opening in August 2013 at the Ellie Caulkins Opera House in Denver, CO.

MCC THEATER has announced that the New York premiere of Jennifer Haley's The Nether directed by Anne Kaufman has now extended through Sunday, March 22, 2015 due to popular and critical acclaim. The production opened on Tuesday, February 24th and was previously scheduled through March 15, 2015 at the Lucille Lortel Theatre (121 Christopher Street). A production of The Nether also just opened to great critical acclaim in London's West End at the famed Royal Court Theatre. As BroadwayWorld previously reported, The Actors Fund will soon present a one-night-only concert presentation of BOMBSHELL - The Marilyn Monroe musical from NBC's Golden Globe-nominated television series SMASH. The benefit for The Actors Fund is set to take place on June 8, 2015 in New York City. Star of the series, Katharine McPhee told Zap2It in a recent interview that she would return for the concert, which will also star Megan, Hilty, Anjelica Huston and Debra Messing. McPhee told Zap2It: It's going to be so fun. That was such a great, really fun -- another really special job.'
