Marcus Hotels & Resorts, a division of The Marcus Corporation (NYSE: MCS), today announced it will be the official backstage caterer for performances at the Marcus Amphitheater at Summerfest 2013, The World's Largest Music Festival held in Milwaukee, Wis.
