Cannery Casino Hotel's The Club will celebrate the 50th anniversary of the original Woodstock music festival with Woodstock Weekend in August, featuring performances by John Fogerty and Creedence Clearwater Revival tribute Fortunate Son, Santana tribute Evil Waze, Crosby, Still and Nash tribute CSN Express and Janis Joplin tribute Kelly Sheehan.

Word for Word and Z Space will stage an immersive production of Samuel Taylor Coleridge's legendary Rime of the Ancient Mariner  with a press night of Saturday September 21 at 8pm running through October 12 (Previews Sept 11-15, 18-20) .   Rime of the Ancient Mariner is to be directed by Jim Cave and Delia MacDougall with a cast that features Nathaniel Andalis, Lucas Brandt, Robert Ernst*, Darryl V. The McCallum Theatre and Jim "FITZ" Fitzgerald co-present Keiko Matsui on Saturday, February 23, at 8:00pm as part of the Fitz's Jazz Cafe at the McCallum series. A producer, contemporary jazz pianist and composer, Keiko Matsui's career spans three decades, over twenty CDs, and numerous continents receiving international acclaim. Her music transcends geographic, generational, and musical boundaries and her unique melting pot of musical influences have garnered her a devout international following. 'Music has no borders and it creates a oneness among people,' confides Matsui. 'There have been many occasions when I have felt like music saved me. There is a connection between my fans and I, and together in my music we are sharing harmony.'

Revered drummer & prolific songwriter, Kyle Crane has lent his talents on tours with the likes of Neko Case and M. Ward among others as well as being the incredible drum double for the Oscar-winning film Whiplash. Crane recently announced an album of his own, Crane Like The Bird due out January 18, 2019, alongside video for lead single “Nicole,” featuring Band of Horses singer Ben Bridwell.

The Menier Chocolate Factory today announces principal company for its major revival of one of the world's most-beloved musicals of all time, Fiddler on the Roof, in a new staging by Trevor Nunn. Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts,  which brings audiences world-class theater, dance and music performed by many of the most sought-after artists,presents Chris Walden Big Band with a program that pays tribute to the "Rat Pack" era on Saturday, October 27, 2018, 7:30 pm,in the Bram Goldsmith Theater at The Wallis. Walden, a seven-time Grammy-nominated composer/arranger/conductor, has scored more than 40 feature and TV films and written more than 1,500 orchestral and big band arrangements for artists ranging from Aretha Franklin, Paul McCartney and Barbra Streisand to Diana Krall and Rihanna, among many others.

City and Colour, acclaimed singer, songwriter and performer Dallas Green, launches a new label called Still Records, an imprint of Dine Alone Records. The first official release is a very special live City and Colour album, Guide Me Back Home, to be released digitally onOctober 5 with physical product available November 23. The album was recorded during 2017's sold-out “An Evening with City and Colour - Solo” Canadian tour where Green performed serene, stripped-down iterations of songs spanning his award-winning catalogue in an intimate theatre environment. Refuge Theater Project has announced its 2018 - 2019 season including The Last Session, October 25 - December 2 and Hands on a Hardbody, March 29 - May 5, 2019. Disney's hit West End musicals Aladdin and The Lion King have today announced that a summer Pop-Up will open its doors to Disney fans old and new in Covent Garden throughout August. Located at 25 Long Acre in the heart of Theatreland, the Pop-Up will be open every day from Tuesday 31st July until Sunday 26th August with a host of free interactive experiences and special events to enjoy.

Actor, singer and television personality FRANKIE J. GRANDE will join the cast of TITANIQUE - a musical parody of the 1997 hit film Titanic, featuring the songs of pop icon Celine Dion - in the role of "Victor Garber" for its New York engagement this summer at The Green Room 42.
