The Cape Playhouse very proudly presents, Sylvia, the acclaimed comedy by two-time Pulitzer Prize-nominee A.R. Gurney. Starring Playhouse favorite Jennifer Cody, Michele Pawk, John Dossett, and Stephen Derosa, and directed by Matt Lenz, Sylvia runs June 26-July 7, 2018.

The Drilling Company, Hamilton Clancy Artistic Director, will present 'Hamlet,' directed by Karla Hendrick and starring Jane Bradley, for its 2018 Shakespeare in the Parking Lot production. This popular New York summer institution is now in its 24th year. Its concept--presenting Shakespeare plays with a 'poor theater' aesthetic in a working parking lot--is now widely imitated around the US and around the world, with productions as far away as New Zealand.

The 2018 festival runs Today, May 31 through Sunday, June 10.

The Sarasota Ballet will revive Galina Samsova's production of Paquita during the company's 2018-19 season. The performances will take place on October 26, 27, and 28, 2018 at the FSU Center for the Performing Arts in Sarasota, Florida. Miss Samsova's production of Paquita was first staged for the Sarasota Ballet in 2010.

Opera Saratoga's Artistic and General Director Lawrence Edelson announced the complete casting and programming for the company's 2018 Summer Festival, which will feature new productions of four operas at The Spa Little Theater in Spa State Park, along with a wide variety of free and ticketed concert events from May 26th through July 15th at venues throughout the region. Chilling, sinister, thought-provoking and wickedly funny. Antaeus Theatre Companypresents a fully partner-cast production of Harold Pinter's seldom seen dark comedy, The Hothouse. Directed by Nike Doukas, The Hothouse opens on Jan. 25 and Jan. 26 (one opening for each cast), running through March 11 at the Kiki & David Gindler Performing Arts Center in Glendale. Low-priced previews begin on Jan. 18.

'Screaming Secrets' and 'Glass Roots' will have back-to-back runs and will form the first Alexander Matthews Season in the UK.
