The National Alliance for Musical Theatre's (NAMT) 25th Annual Festival of New Musicals takes place tomorrow, Thursday, October 17 and Friday, October 18 at New World Stages (340 West 50th Street). Below, meet the writers of the 25th Annual Festival of New Musicals shows!

The Australian Ballet launched its 2014 season in Melbourne today at its Production Centre in Altona, recreating the magical moment from The Nutcrackerwhere Clara is transported to the Land of the Sweets by a giant flying goose! Check out a sneak peek below!

The cast will feature Karen Mason as Sue. Ms. Mason has appeared in Broadway'sWonderland, Hairspray, Mamma Mia!, Sunset Boulevard, Jerome Robbins' Broadway, Play Me a Country Song as well as Goodspeed's Heartbeats at The Norma Terris Theatre. Opposite her as Dan will be Tony-nominated Mark Jacoby whose credits include Broadway's Elf, Sweeney Todd, Man of La Mancha, Ragtime,Showboat, Grand Hotel, The Phantom of the Opera and Sweet Charity. Mr. Jacoby performed at the Goodspeed Opera House in On The Twentieth Century.

The Metropolitan Playhouse--2011 Obie Award winner--presents a revival of A Man's World, by Rachel Crothers, from September 14 - October 13, 2013. Directed by Michael Hardart at Metropolitan's home: 220 E 4th Street.

Fox Valley Repertory continues their 2013 theater series with a de-lovely production that will have you singing and dancing along to the nostalgic sounds of legendary Broadway wit and composer Cole Porter in Let's Misbehave! Directed and Choreographed by Fox Valley Rep veteran and Multi-JEFF Award-winning director and choreographer Kevin Bellie with Music Direction by Ken Jones, performances will take place at the Pheasant Run Resort Mainstage on August 29 through October 20, 2013 (4051 E. Celebrating its 7th consecutive season, SOPAC hosts a one-night only benefit concert with Broadway's master songman, Mandy Patinkin, tonight, June 22nd at 8pm. Accompanied by Paul Ford on piano, Patinkin brings his critically acclaimed theatre concert titled 'Dress Casual'.

Danny Burstein, Eisa Davis, Raul Esparza, Peter Friedman, Judy Kuhn, Martin Moran, Da'Vine Joy Randolph, Anika Noni Rose and Henry Stram will star in Marc Blitzstein's The Cradle Will Rock, the inaugural show of New York City Center's new Encores! Off-Center series, playing for five performances, July 10 - 13 at City Center. The show will be directed bySam Gold and choreographed by Chase Brock; Jeanine Tesori is the Encores! Off Center artistic director. Chris Fenwick is the music director. In keeping with City Center's founding mission to make the arts accessible to all and to younger audiences, the majority of tickets are $25.
