The Gay Uncle, Jeffrey Robert, is back at the Rendezvous with an illustrated twisty, turny journey through pills, sex, show business and the interconnectedness of us all. Jacqueline Susann's CLASSIC of Trash Literature is the starting point but we will be speeding along through a land filled with Ankhs, Judy Garland, Barbiturates, Dory Previn, Backstage Drama, Charles Manson, Breast Cancer, Poodles, Sharon Tate, Wig Fights, Russ Meyer, Patty Duke and so much more. Buy a cocktail, get some snacks and settle in for an evening of song, gossip, booze and dope. Think of it as a live CliffsNotes for the High School of ne'er-do-wells. The library is open.

Starting the evening will be the sensational Michael Cagle with a mood-setting collection of songs from the era. Michael is no stranger to wide open mouthed standing ovations from unsuspecting audience members who are spellbound by his tremendous vocal power, timing and passion.
