Stone Soup Theater Hosts 3rd Original One Act Play Festival 5/21-5/31

By:

STONE SOUP THEATRE presents its third original one act play festival. A perfect fit for Seattle's only one-act company. 13 playwrights wrestle with characters that live, or are influenced by situations outside traditional mores - be it physical, mental, spiritual.

The last two week-ends in May, these national and local writers will contribute 10-30 minute plays selected from 130 submissions. Audiences will enjoy 9 short scripts per show with everything from the temptation of Pandora and the Box by Carolynne Wilcox to the surreal world of the future with PeaceKeeper by Craig Abernethy. A favorite will be picked from this year's shows and featured in the 2010 festival. Go to our website for more information about the festival at www.stonesouptheatre.com.
