Spanaway Lake High School Presents LEGALLY BLONDE

By:
Spanaway Lake High School presents Legally Blonde, the musical that is equal parts hilarious and heart-warming, and so much fun, it should be illegal!

Legally Blonde follows the transformation of Elle Woods as she tackles stereotypes, snobbery and scandal in pursuit of her dreams. When Elle's high school boyfriend, Warner, dumps her and heads to Harvard, claiming she's not "serious" enough, Elle takes matters into her own hands, crafting a showy song-and-dance personal essay and charming her way into law school. Befriending classmate, Emmett, and spunky hairdresser, Paulette, along the way, Elle finds that books and looks aren't mutually exclusive. As Elle begins outsmarting her peers, she realizes that law may be her natural calling after all.

Legally Blonde is directed by Chris Serface, choreographed by Jimmy Shields & Rico Lastrapes, and musically directed by Nicholas Gorne. It features over 30 of Spanaway Lake High School's most talented students!

Legally Blonde will run Friday, May 5, 2017 until Sunday, May 14, 2017. Friday & Saturday showings are at 7:00pm and Sundays at 2:00pm. There will also be a special Thursday show on May 11th at 7:00pm. This show is recommended for all ages.

Tickets are $7.00 with ASB and $10.00 for all others. Tickets may be purchased in person at the auditorium.

All performances are held at Spanaway Lake High School, 1305 168th Street East, Spanaway, WA 98387.
