Seattle Playwrights Salon has cancelled its staged reading series through the end of May.
Read the statement below:
As public health concerns continue to evolve, we've made the heartbreaking decision to cancel our staged reading series through the end of May. We hope to bring these stories to you some other time this year. In the meantime, we are shifting our other programs online as we look for creative ways to stay connected. Don't hesitate to reach out if you have a new play idea to share or if you need reassurance that your art makes the world a more beautiful place!
'Discovering the Play in Playwriting' class launched its first online class last Saturday. Thanks to everyone that participated and helped make it a success!
The Salon Study Group will be shifting their April 13 meeting online. Be sure to check our website for updates and login info.
Our final meeting of the 2019 Writers' Group will be shifting online and we are postponing the launch of our 2020 Writers' Group until May in hopes of meeting in person.
