Paradise Theatre Presents ALL SHOOK UP In Port Orchard

Paradise Theatre opens ALL SHOOK UP at the Historic DRAGONFLY THEATRE (UPSTAIRS) in Downtown Port Orchard, APRIL 12-MAY 4. The show is directed by Jeff Richards, and musical direction by KIM MYERS and choreography by VICKI RICHARDS.

All Shook Up is a new musical comedy built around a number of songs made famous by Elvis Presley. Book by Joe DiPietro. It takes place in 1955, somewhere in middle America, where one girl's dream and a surprise visit from a mysterious leather-jacketed, guitar-playing stranger help a small town to discover the magic of romance and the power of rock & roll. Among the 24 songs featured in the score are classics like "Heartbreak Hotel," "Love Me Tender," "Don't Be Cruel," "Can't Help Falling in Love," and of course the title tune.

The musical is performed in two acts with one intermission. Approximate running time is 2 1/2 hrs. All patrons must occupy a seat. There is no lap seating. No children under age 2.
