Grammy Nominated Violinist Jenny Oaks Baker Will Bring Christmas Show to Seattle

GRAMMY Nominated violinist Jenny Oaks Baker will bring her inspiring Christmas show, “Joy to the World! A Sacred Celebration” to the Moore Theatre in Seattle on Dec. 4th as part of a 20 City National Tour. This Christ-centered show will feature Jenny and her accomplished children, musical group Family Four, as well as former Celtic Woman star Alex Sharpe. The show also features narration by New York Best-selling Author Jason F. Wright, singing by the Ensign Symphony and Chorus, and performances from Allegro Performing Arts Academy and the Haley Prendergast School of Irish Dance.

“I am thrilled to be bringing my Christ-centered Christmas show to the Moore Theatre”, explained Jenny. “I know that people of all ages will be inspired and entertained by this spiritually uplifting, and joyfully invigorating family Christmas show!”

About Jenny Oaks Baker

Jenny Oaks Baker is a Grammy-nominated, Billboard No. 1 concert violinist and recording artist, with 18 solo albums to her credit. She performed as a first violinist in the National Symphony Orchestra for seven years before resigning to spend more time helping her children develop their own musical talents. For the past 15 years, Jenny has performed with her children as the musical group, Jenny Oaks Baker & Family Four. They have been featured soloists with The Utah Symphony and The Tabernacle Choir at Temple Square, and have also performed together throughout the United States, Europe, and Asia.

About Alex Sharpe

Soprano Alex Sharpe has toured the world as a member of Celtic Woman. She has also had leading roles in many Broadway musicals, including playing Eponine in the UK touring production of Les Misérables. Alex is featured on Jenny Oaks Baker’s album, Noel: Carols of Christmas Past and they have performed together throughout the US and Europe.
