Bathhouse Ensemble, Seattle Public Theater to Present World Premiere of GOING DARK, 6/14-16
By: Tyler Peterson
The Bathhouse Ensemble (BE) and Seattle Public Theater (SPT) are proud to present the World Premiere of Going Dark, written by BE member and Seattle native Zach Sanders, running June 14-16, 2013 at the historic Bathhouse Theater on Green Lake.
John awakes in a dark room... and the game begins. The only sounds are the voices of five mysterious figures that seem to spend as much time bickering with each other as they do controlling John's environment. It soon becomes clear that John's only way out is to play along. But what if it's not just a game? Going Dark stars Bathhouse Ensemble members Anneka Gerhardt, Amanda Keogh, Kenna Kettrick, Miranda Sieg, Ben Symons, and Kelley Winter, and is directed by Emily Purington. Going Dark performs June 14 at 7:00pm, June 15 at 7:00pm, and June 16 at 2:00pm. Tickets are free, with a suggested donation of $5-$10 to support the BE. Tickets are available 30 minutes before showtime, with festival seating.Videos
