BPA Seeks Front of House Manager; Application Deadline 2/22

Bainbridge Performing Arts (BPA) is looking for an energetic, customer service-oriented individual to oversee the overall experience of our patrons. The Front of House Manager works closely with the Operations Manager and Executive Director to maintain the mission and integrity of Bainbridge Performing Arts. The Front of House Manager oversees the safe operation of all Front of House areas (lobby, auditorium, kitchen, box office and other public areas). This position encompasses bar/concession management, Box Office operations (including hiring, training, supervision, evaluation and delegation of duties to Box Office staff), season ticket holder relations and volunteer coordination of assigned activities including performances, events and theatre school.

A warm, welcoming, positive customer service attitude is required. Continued development and implementation of an effective volunteer program is vital to the operation of Bainbridge Performing Arts, serving the needs of internal and external functions. Basic computer skills are required, and experience with Google Apps, Excel and Word is preferred. MAST, AED, CPR certifications will be required of the successful candidate (at company expense).

The successful candidate will help to maintain current momentum and will continue to grow and shape BPA's stature in the community. Contenders must be able to lift 30 lbs and physically assist patrons. This flexible full-time position is 30 hours per week and benefit eligible. Weekend, evening, and/or split shifts are essential to success in this role. Preference will be given to qualified local candidates.
