Actors Equity Members' Project Code presents the contemporary tale of Marie, a young African-American girl suspended by the strict school principal for a minor infraction she's not sure she committed. With assistance from the lawyer who created the historic suspension law, they gradually unearth the principal's increasingly suspect motivations for the punishment. Despite everyone's best intentions, Marie's life begins to spiral beyond her control.Tickets: $12 for students/seniors, $15 for union/veterans, $20 general admission available in advance online here; $25 at the door.
