The Broadway League Foundation has revealed the 116 nominees who will be traveling to New York City to participate in the 17th annual Jimmy Awards ceremony and compete for top honors and numerous other scholarships.

“Dancing with the Stars” three-time champion, Emmy-nominated choreographer, singer-songwriter, musician, and actor Mark Ballas will return to Chicago on Broadway.

Broadway In Chicago announced nominees for the 15th Annual Illinois High School Musical Theatre Awards, with 24 student finalists selected from a record 348 applicants across 95 schools statewide. Nominees will perform a number from LES MISÉRABLES.

Dancing with the Stars is expanding its hit franchise with a new competition series, “Dancing with the Stars: The Next Pro,” coming to ABC and Hulu. The show features 12 up-and-coming dancers who compete for a spot on Season 35 of the flagship series.

Mark Ballas was forced to step out of Monday's performance of Chicago on Broadway mid-show due to illness. After missing performances over the weekend due to illness, Ballas that after trying to return for act one, he apologized for having to leave.
