How's Your Head? is a debut stand-up show written and performed by Aarian Mehrabani, co-writer and performer of the theatre production IT'S A MOTHERF**KING PLEASURE. Drawing on his experiences as a Brown, Blind, and Bi performer and his 2024 diagnosis of aggressive brain cancer, Mehrabani weaves together wit and personal narrative spanning STI tests, his Persian identity, and his hospital battle with a brain tumour. The show is directed by Dec Munro and commissioned and supported by Lowry through its 'Developed With' Artist Development Programme, marking the first time a member of theatre company Flawbored has presented solo work outside the collective.
