West Coast Premiere Of LOVE LINDA Comes to Cinnabar Theater
Bay Area favorite Maureen McVerry makes her Cinnabar debut as Linda Lee Porter, wife of Cole Porter, in this West Coast premiere. Interweaving the great songs of Cole Porter with captivating story-telling by his beautiful and glamorous wife, we peek behind the glitter of her sensational life to experience a unique, sometimes difficult but always love-filled marriage.
Musical numbers include the hits So In Love, I Love Paris, My Heart Belongs to Daddy, Night and Day, Wunderbar, and many more.

This is a tender and beautifully told story about Cole and Linda Lee Porter. Though Cole Porter was gay, their companionship and love lasted through 35 years of marriage and together they lived a spectacular, glamour-filled life. Cole Porter's timeless music and lyrics weave through the compelling narrative, celebrating the deep love that Linda and Cole shared, while examining the darker sides of their life. "Love, Linda" includes such beloved Porter songs as "Night and Day", "I Love Paris," "In the Still of the Night" and "Love for Sale." Stage Direction by Clark Sterling and Musical Direction by Cesar Cancino.
