Touring Cast of PHANTOM & Deborah Gibson Appear in Dec. 8 Charity Cabaret

Cast members from the touring cast of the long-running Broadway musical, THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA, are presenting a one night only, holiday-themed benefit to raise funds for The Richmond/Ermet AIDS Foundation and Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS. This exclusive "One Night Only Cabaret" event feature cast members from the touring cast performing song selections of their own choice to present an evening of upbeat, high-energy music, dance and comedy. The Richmond/Ermet AIDS Foundation has worked with over 24 touring casts to date to produce "One Night Only Cabaret" events and looks forward to another successful evening benefiting these worth-while charity organizations. To date, REAF has distributed over $2 million to AIDS service agencies.

Deborah Gibson is best known as the original "Pop Princess" of the ‘80s before starring on Broadway in "Cabaret" and "Beauty and the Beast" and most recently the touring production of "The King and I." Spencer Day shot to national attention as a finalist on the hit TV show "StarSearch" and has been a favorite in clubs and cabarets in the Bay Area, New York and LA.

Tickets for this "One Night Only Cabaret" are $40/general seating and $65/preferred seating. A limited number of tickets are also available for the dessert party with the cast following the show at the Hard Rock Café below the theatre on Pier 39 for an additional $25/person. The Hard Rock Café is also offering a special fixed price menu before the show where a portion of your meal ticket will be donated back to REAF. "The Phantom of the Opera" opens on November 26 at the Orpheum Theatre and plays through January 4., 2009.
