San Francisco's favorite funny lady Marga Gomez will headline a New Year's Eve comedy blowout for Theater Rhinoceros on Thursday, Dec. 31st at 7 PM and 9 PM in the fabulous Victoria Theater. Also appearing with Marga will be three sparkling new talents in Gay comedy: Ben Lerman, David Hawkins and Natasha Muse. Always the funniest and gayest New Year's Eve event in town

Marga Gomez, named "Best Comedian 2009" in the San Francisco Bay Guardian readers poll enjoyed a busy year. She filmed a TV special for LOGO's "One Night Stand Up," premiered her latest solo show Off Broadway, and toured in England and Scotland for five weeks, but was never too busy to sleep with her employees. This is Marga's sixth New Year's Eve performance for Theater Rhinoceros. Visit www.margagomez.com Ben Lerman, a ukulele comic from New York, has been called "Damn funny" by Time-Out Chicago and praised for his "tiny instrument, big balls." Ben will be flying in from New York because he thinks he'll be receiving a lifetime achievement award. However, immediately following his performance Ben will be handed over to the cops. David Hawkins is an up and coming comedian, filmmaker, and exhibitionist, to name a few of his gifts. "If it's wrong and bad...I celebrate it. If it's tedious and mediocre...I berate it." David was the audience favorite and first runner up at the 2009 Russian River Comedy festival. Natasha Muse, one of the funniest transsexuals the world will ever know, climbed on stage at Asia SF where she was known as "Ginger." Easily moving from lip-synching into stand-up, Natasha has performed all over the Bay Area and won the title "First Runner-Up" in the 2009 Battle of the Bay Competition.
