Stunningly Staged Production of Arthur Miller's A VIEW FROM THE BRIDGE Runs Through 4/2 at Luther Burbank Center

By:

"Audiences are raving about - A View from the Bridge," says John DeGaetano, artistic director for North Bay Stage Company and their production of Arthur Miller's "A View from the Bridge" at Luther Burbank Center running through April 2nd.

Some of their comments about the recent Tony Award-winning play "A View from the Bridge" include... "Emotionally stunning; mesmerizing from start to finish; professional, gripping and very moving; the tension never dips, the stuff of Broadway quality."

DeGaetano said, "This very relevant and timely story in today's world is about a Brooklyn longshoreman by trade, Eddie Carbone who is confident of his place in the working-class neighborhood he calls home. That life changes when he agrees to harbor his immigrant cousins. A love affair exposes a dark family secret, and suspicion, jealousy and betrayal soon follow in this passionate drama by one of America's greatest playwrights."

The cast includes, in alphabetical order: Emily Ahrens, Nick Augusta, Jeremy Boucher, Sam Cardenas, Morgan Hamilton-Lee, Dane Larsen, Angela Squire, and Jon Vissman. Directed by Carl Hamilton with support crew of Becky West, Jamie Smith, set and lighting design by Darius Hamilton, photo courtesy of Chris Hamilton.

"Theater offers few pleasures so immediate as the joy of watching a show in which absolutely everything works, all the way from the first line to the final curtain." - Wall Street Journal's comment about Arthur Miller's work as a playwright.

"I can watch this show night after night and still be mesmerized by the story and the talented people telling it. Some of the best performances I have ever seen. " - Production crewmember, Jamie Smith
