Sonoma State University Presents Annual Festival of Student-Written Plays November 14-16
Sonoma State University's Dept. of Theatre Arts and Dance presents the 5th annual "Mega Hot Lava New Play Festival," an annual event showcasing Sonoma State University's playwrights of tomorrow. Get in on the ground floor with SSU's playwrights of tomorrow, with script-in-hand readings of new short plays and longer works from the Department of Theatre Arts & Dance Playwriting Program. Last year's "Mega Hot" featured, among other things, incompetent super-heroes, bizarre food courts, devastating romantic break-ups, and Celine Dion sing-a-longs. Who knows what wackiness this year's festival will bring?
