Psycho Donuts Creates Limited Edition WICKED Donut

To celebrate the return of WICKED, San Jose's most popular musical, Psycho Donuts has created a limited edition donut that pays homage to the friendship between the show's two leading characters, Elphaba and Glinda. The raised yeast donut is filled with a green-tinted vanilla custard, topped with a strawberry cheesecake icing, and garnished with pearl and sugar crystal sprinkles. The donut is available for a limited time beginning August 8, 2019 at Psycho Donuts' Campbell (2006 Winchester Blvd., Campbell) and Santa Clara (2000 El Camino Real, Santa Clara) locations.

The exclusive Bay Area engagement of WICKED will perform at San Jose's Center for the Performing Arts (255 S. Almaden Blvd.) August 14-September 8, 2019. The performance schedule for WICKED is as follows: Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays at 7:30 p.m.; Fridays at 8 p.m.; Saturdays at 2 p.m. & 8 p.m.; and Sundays at 1 p.m. & 6:30 p.m. There is an added matinee performance on Thursday, August 15 at 2 p.m.

Based on the novel by Gregory Maguire, WICKED has music and lyrics by Stephen Schwartz, and a book by Winnie Holzman.
