Pascal and Rapp Among Fall 2010 Schedule for Napa Valley Opera House

Napa Valley Opera House (1030 Main St., Napa) announces its schedule for Fall 2010, which includes "Adam (Pascal) and Anthony (Rapp) Live" on November 20th. Ticket sales for members begin on July 12th while public sales begin on the 19th. NVOH offers a range of events like a production of TONY N' TINA'S WEDDING, a concert with the Pacific Chamber Symphony, and a screening of "Blue Valentine."

On Saturday, November 20th, at 8 PM, Adam Pascal and Anthony Rapp present their show "Adam and Anthony Live." Tickets are $30 and $35. For the first time, the original stars from RENT embark on a national concert tour that brings the show to the Napa Valley Opera House. Their acoustic evening will feature material from both of their solo shows including well known pop songs, original material, classics from AIDA, CABARET and CHESS plus hip arrangements of classic standards. Together, they'll share stories about working on Jonathan Larson's Pulitzer Prize-winning musical and offer duets from RENT as performed in the Broadway production and film.

TONY N' TINA'S WEDDING runs from August 14th to 29th with evening performances at 7 PM Tuesdays through Saturdays and matinees at 1 PM on Sundays. Tickets are $70 for limited reserved seating and $65 for general seating. Ticket includes: The ceremony, reception, full Italian dinner, champagne toast, wedding cake, music, dancing, and much more. In this wedding celebration, the audience take part as Tony and Tina's family and friends, joining them for the reception, feast and hilarious family dramas. One of the longest-running shows in Off-Broadway history, TONY N' TINA'S WEDDING engages audiences through the common threads all people share. They'll enjoy an array of embarrassing, bumbling, and colorful guests we all relate to, as you witness the union of these distinct and forever funny families.

Pacific Chamber Symphony along with famed pianist Joseph Kalichstein hold a concert on September 23rd at 8 PM. Kalichstein will play Beethoven and the symphony, directed and conducted by Lawrence Kohl, will play Schubert's Symphony #5. Tickets range from $30 to $36 with children, 12 and under, only being $10.

The Napa Valley Film Festival present a screening of "Blue Valentine" at the Napa Valley Opera House on November 13th. The evening includes a discussion with Director Derek Cianfrance. The premiere screening is at 5:30 PM for Napa Valley Film Festival Founders while the 8:45 PM screening is open to the public. Tickets are $20. This event is to celebrate the launch of the new Napa Valley Film Festival, which is coming in 2011. The 2010 Sundance sensation, "Blue Valentine," is the story of love found and love lost told in past and present moments in time. Flooded with romantic memories of their courtship, Dean and Cindy use one night to try and save their failing marriage. Ryan Gosling and Michelle Williams star in this honest portrait of a relationship on the rocks.

A Chanticleer Christmas takes place on Sunday, December 12 at 5 PM. Tickets are $35 to $44. This much-beloved Bay Area tradition brings the power and mystery, warmth and intimacy of the season to the Napa Valley Opera House for the first time. Chanticleer's unique evening of
inspiring and joyful music for the season will include the world premiere of celebrated Swedish composer Jan Sandstrom's And the word became flesh.
