By:

Lucie Arnaz, daughter of Lucille Ball and Desi Arnaz, brings her new show to the Rrazz Room, Hotel Nikko, 222 Mason, SF, December 8-13. Tickets are $45-50 and can be purchased at www.therrazzroom.com, or directly through www.ticketweb.com or 866 468 3399.

The Rrazz Room show, "An Evening with Lucie Arnaz," features Lucie singing everything from jazz to Broadway as she takes us on a musical tour of her life. She began her long career in a recurring role on television on The Lucy Show, opposite her mother, Lucille Ball. At age fifteen, she became a series regular on Here's Lucy, and starred in her own series, The Lucie Arnaz Show and later in the critically acclaimed Sons & Daughters on CBS.

On the big screen, Lucie has made many films, including The Jazz Singer (for which she received a Golden Globe nomination), and recently, Wild Seven. She has appeared in many "made for television" films as well.

On the stage, Lucie has played many of the best women's roles in the theatre- Sally Bowles in Cabaret, Daisy Mae in L'il Abner, and Princess Winifred in Once Upon A Mattress. She starred in the national company of Seesaw, and They're Playing Our Song, for which she received The Los Angeles Drama Critic's Circle, Theatre World and Outer Critic's Circle Awards. With her husband, actor Laurence Luckinbill, Lucie appeared in sold out tours of I Do, I Do and They're Playing Our Song.

Lucie has also toured the U.S. and Europe with her critically acclaimed nightclub act. Her album, Just in Time, was released on the Concord Jazz label.

Arnaz and her husband have a film and television Production Company, and together have produced the EMMY award-winning documentary Lucy & Desi: A Home Movie, and others.
