Los Altos Stage Company Presents FROM US, TO YOU: A MUSICAL CELEBRATION OF THE HOLIDAYS

By:

Los Altos Stage Company explores new territory with an educational theatre offering entitled From Us, To You: A Musical Celebration of the Holidays, performing December 16th-18th at the Bus Barn Theatre in Los Altos.

At a local school, an enthusiastic group of holiday-lovers prepare to put on their annual Christmas show. When a series of unexpected events threatens to derail the performance, only love and understanding will get the players back on track. A true community event, the evening culminates with a surprise visit from Santa Claus himself, who leads the audience in a sing-along, followed by pictures with Santa and holiday treats for everyone to enjoy. Steeped in the traditional music of the season, From Us, To You is a gift of holiday stories and songs perfect for all ages of theatre lovers.

Written and directed by LASC Education Director Jillian Toby-Cummings, and with vocal direction by Katie Coleman (Man of La Mancha, Assassins) From Us, To You continues the expansion of Los Altos Stage Company's successful new educational theatre program. In a cast of 17, 11 youth theatre performers are given an opportunity to rehearse with, perform with, and be mentored by a dedicated group of local theatre professionals in this ideal evening of holiday fun.

Los Altos Stage Company's production of From Us, To You features Megan Branstad, Mia Breen, Mackenzie Cacciaguidi, Ella Haun, Jake Howze, Elizabeth Claire Lawrence, Marston Lufkin, Lee Panec, Cindy Powell, Kenneth Powell, Karyn Rondeau-Hairline, Clara Rosenberg, Tyler Savin, Corey Traina, Aaron Weisburg, and Bette Wemmer.
