Antenna Theater Presents The LOVE PLANE Experience

Antenna Theater and its artisic director, Chris Hardman, presents The Love Plane Experience, Sunday, October 1st from 3-5 pm. Planes will fly over the Golden Gate Bridge drawing a heart to celebrate the culmination of the 50th Anniversary of the Summer of Love in San Francisco. This concept, to gather the tribes at the end of this summer to share our common love of community. We'll all be seeing a boat-filled Bay and the Golden Gate Bridge, icons for uniting peoples and bridging differences. This free public art event will feature recreational sailboats, dinghies, outrigger canoes, kayaks, and powerboats. Many larger charter boats will carry participants to the center bay.
Hornblower Yachts will partner with Antenna to bring hundreds of event sponsors and entertainers out to participate. The event will be visible from Crissy Field, Fisherman's Wharf, Alcatraz, Angel Island, and most waterfront areas..
"If you are distraught with the direction some in this nation are heading and would like to participate in casting a hopeful vision you'd rather share, this is an opportunity to make a statement for the whole world to see." Chris Hardman
The Love Plane Experience is open to all those who wish to celebrate love in the San Francisco Bay Area. Bring a peace flag and a blanket to watch the events from the bay's edge, or reserve a view table at a restaurant. Join a buddy with a boat, decorated with hearts and flowers, and head out towards the bridge, or buy tickets aboard one of the many charter boats heading out to view and celebrate the event.
"There is a magical city called San Francisco. We know how this magic city came about. It was through tolerance, diversity and equality. The Summer of Love revealed the key to this magical city, so join us to commemorate this love." Chris Hardman
You won't want to miss this epic celebration of LOVE commemorating the Summer of Love, showing the world that we in the Bay Area want Peace and Love and Joy for the whole planet!
