Alysha Umphress to Bring HOMECOMING QUEEN to Feinstein's at the Nikko

After playing sold-out engagements in New York City and Europe, Bay Area native Alysha Umphress brings her solo show, Homecoming Queen, to Feinstein's at the Nikko for two performances only - Friday, November 11 (8 p.m.) and Saturday, November 12 (7 p.m.).

Making her San Francisco cabaret debut, Umphress will perform an eclectic mix of songs - from classic Broadway and contemporary up-and-comers, to 40's jazz and 80's pop...plus highlights from throughout her career! Broadway composer/lyricist Adam Wachter will serve as musical director.

Alysha Umphress most recently starred as The Man-hungry cab driver in the hit Broadway revival On the Town. Other Broadway credits include Green Day's American Idiot, On A Clear Day You Can See Forever (starring Harry Connick Jr.), Priscilla Queen of the Desertand Bring It On! She has performed on the Tony and Grammy Awards, as well as "The Today Show," "Good Morning, America," "The Late Show with David Letterman," and "Late Night with Jimmy Fallon."

Located within Hotel Nikko (222 Mason Street, San Francisco), Feinstein's at the Nikko presents a wide range of entertainers from stage and screen all within an intimate 140-seat cabaret setting. There is a $20 food and beverage minimum per person inside the showroom which guests can use towards cocktails as well as a variety of small plates crafted exclusively for Feinstein's at the Nikko, through Restaurant Anzu. Cheese and dessert platters will also be available in the showroom.

Guests of Feinstein's at the Nikko can enjoy a variety of food and beverage options before performances. Kanpai Lounge, located in Hotel Nikko's lobby, offers light cuisine, a full bar and specialty cocktails. Restaurant Anzu, Hotel Nikko's intimate restaurant located on the second floor, serves sustainable California cuisine enhanced with Asian flavors.
